摘要
乙醛是工业用冰乙酸产品的质量指标,且为工业乙酸中主要还原性物质,是影响高锰酸钾分析时间关键因素;国标GB/T1628-2020《工业用冰乙酸》中乙醛含量测定采用滴定法,Ⅰ型指标为≤0.02%;工业用冰乙酸中乙醛为微量组分,通常为<0.01%,滴定法测定误差大,且分析时间较长,影响我公司工业乙酸原料及时卸车,工作效率低;通过大量的试验,可以采用气相色谱法测定,通过色谱检测条件试验、标准曲线建立及加标试验,经验证,该方法准确、可靠、可操作性强,为工业用冰乙酸中乙醛含量提供可靠的检测依据,也为其他样品中微量乙醛含量检测提供思路。
Acetaldehyde is a quality index of industrial glacial acetic acid products,and is the main reducing substance in industrial acetic acid,which is a key factor affecting the analysis time of potassium permanganate.The content of acetaldehyde in GB/T1628-2020 Industrial Glacial acetic acid is determined by titration,type I index is≤0.02%;Acetaldehyde in industrial glacial acetic acid is a trace component,usually<0.01%.Titration method has a large error and a long analysis time,which affects the timely unloading of industrial acetic acid raw materials in our company,and the work efficiency is low.Through a lot of experiments,can be used in a gas chromatography method,through chromatographic detection conditions test,and establishment of standard curve and standard test,verified,this method is accurate,reliable,strong operability,for industrial use of acetaldehyde content in ice acetic acid to provide reliable testing basis,also provide ideas for other trace acetaldehyde content in the sample inspection.
