接纳承诺疗法对乳腺癌术后患者恐惧疾病进展及疾病感知的影响

Effect of acceptance and commitment therapy on fear of disease progression and disease perception in post-operative breast cancer patients

目的:探讨接纳承诺疗法对乳腺癌术后患者恐惧疾病进展及疾病感知的影响。方法:将2020年1月至8月住院的58例乳腺癌术后患者作为对照组,进行常规健康教育和指导;将2020年9月至2021年7月住院的62例乳腺癌术后患者作为观察组,实施接纳承诺疗法干预。干预前后使用癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表及简易版疾病感知问卷进行测评。结果:干预前两组恐惧疾病进展及疾病感知比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组恐惧疾病进展得分低于对照组,疾病感知高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接纳承诺疗法可以减轻乳腺癌患者的恐惧疾病进展程度,促进积极的疾病认知。

Objective:To explore the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy on fear of disease progression and disease perception in patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods:Fifty-eight patients were taken as the control group from January 2020 to August 2020,and received routine health education and guidance;62 patients were taken as the observation group from September 2020 to July 2021,and received the acceptance and commitment therapy intervention.The simplified scale of fear of disease progression in cancer patients and the simplified version of the disease perception questionnaire were used to evaluate variables before and after the intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in fear of disease progression and disease perception between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the score of fear of disease progression in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,meanwhile the score of disease perception in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acceptance commitment therapy can effectively reduce the fear of disease progression and promote positive disease cognition in breast cancer patients.
