家族聚集性肝癌患者配偶疾病不确定感与希望、焦虑的相关性研究

Study on the correlation beween disease uncertainty and hope,anxiety in the spouses of liver cancer patients who were diagnosed as family aggregation of liver cancer

目的:调查家族聚集性肝癌患者配偶的疾病不确定感现状及其与希望、焦虑的相关性,为护理人员帮助其减轻疾病不确定感提供理论依据。方法:选择罹患家族聚集性原发性肝癌患者的配偶200例,采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感(家属版)量表、Herth希望量表及焦虑自评量表对研究对象进行调查。结果:家族聚集性原发性肝癌患者配偶的疾病不确定感总分为(64.17±11.61)分,为中等水平;希望水平得分(38.39±4.59)分,焦虑得分为(37.09±8.76)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、学历配偶的疾病不确定感存在统计学差异(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示其疾病不确定感与希望水平呈负相关(r=-0.447,P<0.001),与焦虑呈正相关(r=0.252 P<0.001)。结论:家族聚集性原发性肝癌患者配偶的疾病不确定感处于中等水平,希望水平较高,部分配偶存在焦虑。建议临床护理人员对家族聚集性原发性肝癌患者的配偶提供个体化及针对性的健康教育,降低其疾病不确定感,提高希望水平和生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the status of disease uncertainty and its association with hope and anxiety among spouses of liver cancer patients who were diagnosed as family aggregation of liver cancer,so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing staffs to help spouses reduce disease uncertainty.Methods:Convenient sampling method was used to recruit 200 spouses of liver cancer patients who had family aggregation of primary liver cancer.Measurement tools included a self-designed general data questionnaire,Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Family Member Form,Herth Hope Scale and Zung Self-Anxiety Scale.Results:The mean score of disease uncertainty of spouses was 64.17±11.61,which was at a medium level,and the mean score of hope was 38.39±4.59,and the mean score of anxiety was 37.09±8.76.The results of single-factor analysis showed that spouses with different age,and education qualifications had different scores of disease uncertainty(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that disease uncertainty was negatively associated with hope(r=-0.447,P<0.001),and was positively associated with anxiety(r=0.252,P<0.001).Conclusion:The disease uncertainty of the spouses was at a medium level,and the hope was at a high level.Parts of spouses were anxious about the patients’disease.It is highly recommended that nurses should provide personalized and targeted information and education to the spouses of liver cancer patients who were diagnosed as family aggregation of liver cancer,so as to assist with reducing their sense of disease uncertainty and improving their sense of hope.
