摘要
应用不同提取方法对小叶黄杨和雀舌黄杨以及它们的不同部位开展提取生物碱的研究。采用水煎煮法、浸渍法、回流提取法分别对小叶黄杨和雀舌黄杨的枝叶、叶子、枝杆中的黄杨生物碱进行了提取研究,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测提取方法对黄杨生物碱的影响。结果表明,甲醇和乙酸乙酯两种溶剂回流提取得到的生物碱含量最多,水浸渍法提取的次之,煎煮法提取的最少;不同品种、不同部位的黄杨属植物中的生物碱含量有一定差异。回流提取法对小叶黄杨生物碱的提取效果最佳,甲醇和乙酸乙酯两种溶剂对小叶黄杨生物碱的提取率和类型有一定的影响。
Through the application of different extraction methods,the study on the extraction of alkaloids from different parts of Buxus lobularis and Buxus japonica was carried out.In this paper,three methods of water decoction,immersion and reflux extraction were used to extract and study the alkaloids from the branches,leaves and stems of Buxus chinensis and Buxus japonica,respectively.The effects of extraction methods on the alkaloids of boxwood were detected by thin-layer chromatography(TLC)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the alkaloid content of methanol and ethyl acetate reflux extraction was the most,followed by water immersion method,and the alkaloid content of decocting method was the least.The contents of alkaloids in different varieties and parts of Buxus have certain difference.The effect of reflux extraction on the alkaloids was the best,and the two solvents,methanol and ethyl acetate,had certain influences on the extraction rate and types of the alkaloids.
