摘要
采用(硫酸亚铁-过氧化氢)氧化、絮凝、沉降的工艺方法对BDO生产过程中的废水进行了工艺研究。探讨了过氧化氢的用量、硫酸亚铁用量、氧化温度、体系pH值及沉降时间、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)用量、絮凝时间等对处理效果的影响。研究表明:在过氧化氢5%-硫酸亚铁1.5%体系下,氧化温度60~70℃,加CaO调节pH=9及沉降3 h,再加聚合硫酸铁(PFS)1%絮凝7 h,可使BDO废水主要污染物的COD_(cr)由16000 mg/L降至1300 mg/L,能够达到外送生化处理的指标要求。
In this paper,the treatment technology of BDO industrial wastewater has been researched with the technique of the ferrisulphas-hydrogen peroxide oxidization,the flocculation and the sedimentation.The paper discusses the different impacts of the amount of hydrogen peroxide,the dosage of ferrisulphas and poly-ferrisulphas(PFS),the oxidation temperature and pH range in the system,the time of sedimentation and flocculation in the oxidization processing.The results show that the main pollutant COD_(cr) can be reduced from 16000mg/L to 1300mg/L in the system of 5%hydrogen peroxide,1.5%ferrisulphas,in the oxidation temperature of 60~70℃,with the sedimentation for 3h in pH=9 and with the flocculation of 1%poly-ferrisulphas(PFS)for 7h.The treated wastewater can be sent to the next process of biochemical treatment.
