顶空/气相色谱法检测污水处理厂出水和自来水源水中的苯系物 被引量:2

摘要 苯系物是苯和衍生物的总称,具有致癌致畸风险,是重要的水环境控制污染物。自来水厂水源水和污水处理厂出水是两类与生活生产质量密切相关的水样,采用顶空/气相色谱法FID为检测器,对这两类水样中苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、异丙苯、邻二甲苯和苯乙烯等8种苯系物进行了分析。8种苯系物的工作曲线相关系数r≥0.9993,方法检出限为2~3μg/L。污水处理厂出水加标回收率在86%~102%,方法精密度1.2%~6.9%;自来水源水加标回收率在91%~102%,方法精密度0.67%~2.9%。污水处理厂出水受到处理工艺影响,回收率的稳定性不如自来水源水,但亦满足检测质控要求。 The benzene series is the general name of benzene and its derivatives.It has the risk of carcinogenesis and teratogenesis.It is an important pollutant for water environment control.Water source samples from waterworks and effluent samples from sewage treatment plants are two kinds of water samples closely related to the quality of life and production.The headspace gas chromatography with FID as detector was used to analyze the benzene and its derivatives,including benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,p-xylene,m-xylene,isopropylbenzene,o-xylene and styrene in the two kinds of water samples.The correlation coefficient r≥0.9993 and the detection limit of the method was 2~3μg/L.The standard recoveries of effluent from the sewage treatment plant were in the range of 86%~102%,and the precision of the method was 1.2%~6.9%.The standard recoveries of water from the source water were in the range of 91%~102%,and the precision of the method was 0.67%~2.9%.The effluent from the sewage treatment plant was affected by the treatment process,and the recovery rate was not as stable as the water from the source water,but it can met the quality control requirements of detection.
