摘要
介绍了土壤中苯胺污染物测定的前处理优化条件。证实了在弱碱性萃取的处理下,能使苯胺的回收率在现有方法的基础上提高20%以上。苯胺的检出限可以达到0.03μg/kg,实验室内的空白加标回收率在85%以上,相对标准偏差RSD在1.73%~4.1%。实际样品在弱碱性萃取的处理下同样表现出了很好的效果。
This article mainly describes the pretreatment optimization conditions for the determination of aniline pollutants in the soil.This experiment proved that the recovery rate of aniline can be increased by more than 20%on the basis of the existing method under the treatment of weak alkaline extraction.The detection limit of aniline can reach 0.03μg/kg,the blank spike recovery rate in the laboratory is more than 85%,and the relative standard deviation RSD is between 1.73%~4.1%.The actual sample also showed good results under the treatment of weakly alkaline extraction.
