有机废气管道系统爆炸事故分析及预防措施

摘要 将有机废气管道系统爆炸事故作为切入点,对爆炸事故发生原因和预防措施进行了研究。资料表明,蓄热式热力焚烧炉废气处理设备本身不会带来爆炸事故,造成爆炸最主要的原因是由于有机废气浓度远超爆炸下限,且存在点火源。因此,企业加强对废气处理系统内废气浓度的检测和处理,有效开展在爆炸事故状态下废气的排放和紧急处理工作,确保有机废气浓度位于安全线以内,从而降低爆炸事故发生的几率。 The paper takes the explosion accident of the organic exhaust gas pipeline system as the starting point,studies the cause of the explosion accident and the safety measures of preventing the exhaust gas treatment system explosion,and achieves certain results.According to the research data,the waste gas treatment equipment of the heat storage thermal incinerator itself will not bring an explosion accident.The main cause for the explosion is that the concentration of organic exhaust gas far exceeds the lower explosion limit,and the ignition source exists.Therefore,the enterprise strengthens the detection and treatment of the waste gas concentration in the waste gas treatment system,and effectively handles the waste gas emission and emergency treatment in the state of explosion accident,to ensure that the concentration of organic waste gas is within the safety line,so as to reduce the probability of explosion accident.
