摘要
针对新能源汽车的空调压缩机的橡胶隔振脚垫匹配选型难度大,匹配周期长,精度低等问题,设计了一种通过调节橡胶空气弹簧隔振脚垫的气压,从而快速、准确地优化和匹配各种橡胶隔振脚垫最佳力学性能的试验装置。与传统的多轮次更换不同刚度的橡胶脚垫方式相比,能大大地提高脚垫刚度匹配的时效性和精确度。
Aiming at the problems of difficulty,long matching period and low precision of rubber isolation pads for air-conditioning compressor of new energy automobile,this paper proposes a test device which can quickly and accurately optimize and match the best mechanical performance parameters of rubber isolation pads by adjusting the air pressure of rubber air spring isolation pads.Compared with the traditional method of replacing rubber pads with different stiffness,this design greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of pad stiffness matching.
