摘要
武汉乙烯的Hostalen工艺HDPE装置是中石化第一套三峰Hostalen工艺HDPE装置。聚合反应控制是产品质量控制的重点、难点,而多数操作人员缺乏生产经验,很多聚合工段的操作手法和参数控制有待优化。针对高密度聚乙烯熔体流动速率和密度的影响因素,从温度、催化剂、氢气乙烯比、停留时间、共聚单体等方面入手,根据实际生产经验和理论计算,提出了一系列具体可行的优化手段,对提高产品质量的稳定性、生产效率具有很好的借鉴意义。
The Hostalen process HDPE unit of Wuhan ethylene is the first set of three peak Hostalen process HDPE unit of Sinopec.Polymerization reaction control is the key and difficult point of product quality control,and most operators lack production experience.The operation methods and parameter control of many polymerization sections need to be optimized.In view of the influencing factors of melt flow rate and density of high-density polyethylene,this paper will start from the aspects of temperature,catalyst,hydrogen ethylene ratio,residence time and comonomer,and put forward a series of specific and feasible optimization methods according to the actual production experience and theoretical calculation,which has a good reference significance for improving the stability of product quality and production efficiency.
