摘要
通过分析化工生产工艺流程、污染因素、产污环节,确定了化工生产过程中的危废品产生量,进而综合考虑化工产出危废品处理方法中各项处理环节:危废品的收集运输路线及管理、暂存系统装置生产工艺流、焚烧系统装置生产工艺流、物化系统装置生产工艺流、产污环节。最后,提出了基于化工生产技术的绿色可持续发展的危废品处置设施建设思路,并在工程实践中证明了该危废品处置装置设计与构建的合理性与实用性,可为工程环保设施的设计与环境保护提供技术依据。
By analyzing the chemical production process,pollution factors and pollution production links,this paper determines the amount of hazardous waste produced in the chemical production process,and then comprehensively considers the treatment links in the chemical output hazardous waste treatment equation:the collection and transportation route and management of hazardous waste,the production process flow of temporary storage system device,the production process flow of incineration system device.Finally,the construction idea of green and sustainable development of hazardous waste disposal facilities based on chemical production technology is put forward,and the rationality and practicability of the design and construction of the hazardous waste disposal device are proved in engineering practice,which can provide technical basis for the design and environmental protection of engineering environmental protection facilities.
