高职院校理工科专业课程思政教学改革探索--以《食品药品微生物学(及检验技术)》为例 被引量:1

摘要 课程思政是新时代思政教育发展的重要方向,有助于充分发挥专业课程的育人功能,对全面提高职业教育人才培养质量具有重要意义。目前高校课程思政改革的方向基本集中在宏观体系探索上,而对专业课程融合思政教育的改革则缺乏系统性地分析,具有一定的盲目性。该文创新地利用文献计量分析法对理工科专业课程思政研究现状进行了系统地分析,以专业课程思政和案例研究为着眼点,总结现有问题,对理工类专业课程思政教育改革进行分析,并以《食品药品微生物学(及检验技术)》课程为例,挖掘思政元素案例,探索融入方式和多途径评价方法,有针对性地进行课程思政教学改革,旨在为理工类专业课程思政教育提供借鉴。 Curriculum ideological and political education is an important direction of the development of ideological and political education in the new era,which helps to give full play to the educational function of professional courses,and is of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education personnel training.At present,the direction of ideological and political reform in colleges and universities is basically focused on the exploration of macro system,while the reform of professional curriculum integrating ideological and political education lacks systematic analysis,which has certain blindness.This paper innovatively using bibliometric analysis of the current situation of science and engineering courses ideological research systematically analysis,focusing on professional ideological and case study,summarized the existing problems,and microbiology of food and drug(and inspection technology),for example,mining ideological elements case,explored the way and multiple evaluation method,targeted ideological teaching reform,aimed to provide reference for science and engineering courses ideological education.
