农业环境规制情境下绿色认知对家庭农场主绿色生产行为影响——基于我国中部地区家庭农场的调查

Green Cognition on Family Farmers′Green Production Behavior in the Context of Agricultural Environmental Regulations and Policies:Based on the Survey of Family Farmers in Central China

研究绿色认知对家庭农场主绿色生产行为的影响,在此基础上引入农业环境规制政策作为调节变量,分析其对家庭农场主绿色认知-绿色生产行为关系的调节作用。基于我国中部地区家庭农场调研数据,通过建立多元有序Logistic模型分析了家庭农场主绿色认知对其绿色生产行为的影响,将农业环境规制分为约束型和激励型2种类型,并分析了其对农场主绿色认知-绿色生产行为关系的调节作用。回归结果显示家庭农场主绿色认知对其绿色生产行为采纳有显著影响,其中农场主的农业资源浪费感知、农村生活环境污染感知、绿色产品认知、绿色生产认知、农业绿色生产重要性认知和绿色产品消费满意度认知均显著影响其绿色生产行为采纳。农业环境规制政策对家庭农场主绿色认知-绿色生产行为关系存在正向调节效应。要加强对农场主绿色生产引导,提高农业环境规制政策执行力,鼓励引导家庭农场领办或加入合作社,加强市场监管措施。

This paper studied the impact of green cognition on family farmers′green production behavior and introduced agricultural environmental regulations and policies as a moderating variable to analyze its regulating effect on the relationship between family farmers′green cognition and green production behavior.Based on surveys of family farmers in the central region of China,this paper analyzed the influence of family farmers′green cognition on their green production behaviors,by establishing a multivariate and orderly Logistic model.Agricultural environmental regulations were divided into two types:constraint type and incentive type.Regulating effects of agricultural environmental regulations on the relationship between farmers′green cognition and green production behavior were analyzed.The regression results showed that family farmers′green cognition had a significant impact on their green production behavior.There were farmers′cognition,including agricultural resources waste,rural environmental pollution,green products,green production,the importance of agricultural green production and green product consumption satisfaction significantly,affected farmers′green production behavior.Agricultural environmental regulations and policies had a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between family farmers′green cognition and green production behavior.It was necessary to strengthen guidance of green production for farmers,promote implementation of agricultural environmental regulations and policies,encourage and guide family farmers to guide or join cooperatives,and strengthen market supervision measures.
