乡村振兴背景下易地搬迁农户社会融入测度与提升路径

Measurement and Promotion Path of Social Integration of Relocated Farmers Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

易地搬迁农户的社会融入问题,对于巩固脱贫攻坚成果、促进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有机衔接具有重大意义.本文以重庆市黔江区李家溪安置点为例,采取社会调查、探索性因子方法、主成分分析法、线性回归方程等定性和定量相结合的方法,从经济、政治、生活、文化、心理五个维度对易地搬迁农户的社会融入情况进行评价.研究发现,李家溪易地搬迁农户总体社会融入处于基本融入阶段,搬迁农户经济融入处于深度融入阶段,政治融入和生活融入滞后,年龄、民族、家有学生等因素对心理和文化融入影响明显,基于此提出提升搬迁农户社会融入的发展型、赋能型和借力型提升路径,促进实现乡村振兴背景下的治理有效目标.

The issue of social integration of relocated farmers is of great significance to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote the organic connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Based on the case study of the Lijiaxi resettlement site in Qianjiang District,Chongqing,this study adopted a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods such as social survey,exploratory factor method,principal component analysis method,and linear regression equation,and evaluated the social integration of relocated farmers from five dimensions of economy,life,culture,politics,and psychology.The results showed that the social integration of relocated farmers in the Lijiaxi community were in the basic integration stage.In detail,the farmers were in the stage of deep integration in terms of economic integration,while their political integration and life integration were lagging behind.Factors such as age,ethnicity,and enrolled children in one family had a significant impact on the psychological and cultural integration of such a group.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the developmentbased,empowerment-based and leverage-based promotion paths to enhance the social integration of relocated farmers,so as to promote the realization of effective governance goals under the background of rural revitalization.
