摘要 建立三重四极杆气相色谱-串联质谱法,用以检测禽源类肉及其肉制品中氟虫腈及3种代谢药物残留的分析方法;试验过程结合QuEChERS方法,制备样通过酸化乙腈萃取后,以QuEChERS法净化萃取液来消除基质干扰,再经GC-MS/MS分析,以基质空白配标的外标法定量;氟虫腈及3种代谢药物残留在0.005~0.500μg/mL范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99,加标水平在0.02,0.05,0.10 mg/kg时,氟虫腈及3种代谢药物残留的回收率在80.8%~106.6%,相对标准差系数小于8.0%;该方法适用于禽源类肉及其肉制品中氟虫腈及3种代谢药物残留的GC-MS/MS分析检测。 To establish a method for the determination of fipronil and three metabolite residues in poultry meat and meat products by triple quadrupole gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The experimental process was combined with QuEChERS method,and the sample was extracted by acidified acetonitrile,while the supernatant was purified with QuECHERS method to eliminate matrix interference,and analyzed by GC-MS/MS with external standard method quantificatio in blank matrix.The fipronil and three metabolites residues had good liner relationships in the range of 0.005~0.500μg/mL,with correlation coefficients more than 0.99.The recoveries of fipronil residues at spiked levels(0.02,0.05,0.10 mg/kg)were 80.8%~106.6%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 8.0%.This method was applicable for the detection of fipronil and three metabolite residues in poultry meat and meat products by GC-MS/MS.
