摘要
为了解决人工分拣牛油果效率低下、分拣人员工作强度大的问题,将超声波无损检测技术应用于牛油果的品质检测中,并设计了一套无损检测系统。首先介绍了检测方案的制定;然后,介绍牛油果超声波无损检测系统软硬件平台的搭建;最后,对设计的检测系统进行分析。结果表明,该检测系统对品质良好的墨西哥牛油果的检测准确率为83.3%,对腐败果实的检测准确率为76.7%,综合检测准确率为80.3%;对品质良好的智利牛油果的检测准确率为85%,对腐败果实的检测准确率为75%,综合检测准确率为79.5%。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual sorting of avocados and heavy work intensity of sorting personnel,this study applied ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology to quality testing of avocados,and designed a set of nondestructive testing system.Firstly,this paper introduced the formulation of the detection scheme.Then,the construction of software and hardware platform of ultrasonic nondestructive testing system for avocado was introduced.Finally,the designed detection system was analyzed experimentally.The results showed that the detection accuracy of this system was 83.3%for Mexican avocados with good quality,76.7%for rotten fruits,and 80.3%for comprehensive detection.Accuracy was 85%for good quality Chilean avocados,75%for rotten fruits,and 79.5%for the combined detection.
