Safety Risk Assessment of Small and Medium-sized Shipping Enterprises Based on Big Data Analysis

为提升中小航运企业安全管理能力和港航管理机构安全管理水平,从中小航运企业安全风险防控的实际状况出发,通过对中小航运企业安全风险影响因素进行系统分析研究和问卷调研,通过统计实证研究构建了中小航运企业安全风险评价指标体系,并建立中小航运企业安全风险评价模型;结合具体实例,运用构建的评价指标体系和评价模型对某航运有限公司安全状况进行评价实证研究。最后提出中小航运企业安全风险防范的对策建议,为中小航运企业安全管理和港航管理机构进行有效的安全风险防控和管理提供借鉴。

To promote the safety management ability of small and medium-sized shipping enterprises and the safety management level of port and maritime management agencies,proceeding from the actual situation of safety risk prevention and control of small and medium-sized shipping enterprises,this paper conducts systematic analysis and questionnaire survey on the safety risk influencing factors of small and medium-sized shipping enterprises,constructs a safety risk evaluation index system and establishes the safety risk evaluation model of small and medium-sized shipping enterprises through statistical empirical research.Combining with specific examples,the evaluation index system and evaluation model are used to evaluate the safety status of a shipping company.Finally,the suggestions for the prevention of safety risks are proposed to provide models for the safety management of small and medium-sized shipping enterprises and port and maritime management agencies to effectively prevent and manage safety risks.
