宁波市乡村文化建设现状及满意度调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Current Situation and Satisfaction of Rural Cultural Construction in Ningbo City

为了解宁波市乡村文化建设现状及其存在的问题,以宁波市四个传统村落的文化建设情况为调查对象,进行实地走访、问卷调查和数据分析,发现存在乡村文化建设和管理人才缺乏、文化空间使用率低、文化产业开发人才缺乏、交通不便和开发模式陈旧等问题,提出设立乡村文化建设领导小组统筹规划文化建设和文化空间布局、实行文化礼堂开放式管理、完善基础设施和交通设施、结对高校和旅游公司开发文旅乡旅产品和策划民俗文化活动等举措,以推进乡村文化建设和文化振兴乡村。

In order to understand the current situation and existing problems in the rural cultural construction in Ningbo city,the paper,taking the rural cultural construction of four traditional villages in Ningbo as the object of investigation,uses the method of field visits,questionnaire surveys and data analysis in the research,comes up with such problems as lack of cultural construction and management talents,poor usage rate of cultural space,lack of industry development talents,traffic inconvenience and outdated pattern of development and proposes such suggestions as setting up a leading group to make overall plans for the cultural construction and the layout of the cultural space,carrying out the open-type management for the cultural hall,perfecting the infrastructures including the traffic facilities,cooperating with the colleges and tourism companies to develop cultural tourism products and design traditional activities so as to promote the cultural construction and the rural revitalization.
