摘要
针对SE-东方炉工业装置首次使用高灰熔点、高灰分的淮南煤运行中遇到的各种异常工况,阐述了异常工况的现象,对异常工况进行原因分析和总结,提出应对措施。
Focusing on various abnormal working conditions encountered in the operation of SE pulverized coal pressurized gasification industrial plant using Huainan coal with high ash melting point and high ash content for the first time,this paper expounds the phenomena of abnormal working conditions,focuses on the cause analysis and summary of abnormal working conditions,and puts forward countermeasures.
