摘要
介绍GE水煤浆气化炉掺烧特低灰煤运行情况,对工艺状况进行总结,分析了气化炉对特低灰煤适应性。特低灰煤具有硅铝比(SiO2/Al2O3)低、CaO含量高等特点,实际应用中灰渣黏温特性差,且工艺气带灰加剧,单独使用该煤种或掺用比例较大时,易发生激冷室及工艺管线堵渣和积灰问题,不利于水煤浆气化装置的长周期稳定运行。
This article introduces the operation of burning blended ultra-low ash coal on GE coal water slurry gasification plant and analyses the adaptability of coal type through summing up the gasifying condition.Although ultra-low ash belongs to low metamorphic bituminous coal and the fusion temperature is moderate,it has the characteristics of low SiO2/Al2O3 ratio and high content of CaO,and the viscosity temperature characteristics are poor and the entrained ash content of syngas increased significantly in practical application.When ultra-low ash coal is used alone or mixed in a large proportion,it is prone to slag blockage and ash accumulation in quench chamber and process pipelines,which is not conducive to the long-term stable operation of coal water slurry gasification unit.
