压缩机管道振动有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对往复式压缩机出口管线振动原因分析可知,气柱共振和结构共振是引起管道共振的主要原因。本文利用有限元分析软件对管道气柱固有频率和管系的固有频率进行分析,得到了气柱固有频率和管系的固有频率均避开了压缩机激发频率的共振区,验证该管系结构设计合理,不会发生共振。 The reason of vibration happened on the outlet pipe of reciprocating compressor was analyzed.The result shows that the air column resonance and structure resonance are the main reasons to cause pipeline resonance.This paper analyzed the natural frequency of air column in the pipeline and the natural frequency in the pipeline system by using the software of finite element analysis.The result shows that both the natural frequency of air column and the natural frequency of the pipeline system are perfectly avoided from the resonance excited by the frequency of the compressor,verifying that the design of the pipeline system is reasonable,without resonance happening.
