西红花精油的提取工艺研究及其抗氧化性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的与方法:研究西红花花瓣精油提取的最佳工艺和西红花精油的抗氧化活性。结果:西红花精油最佳提取条件为采用溶剂浸提法,以石油醚作为提取溶剂,提取得到的精油黄色、透明、无杂质,具有明显的西红花香气,香气浓郁。在液料比为1∶15、浸提温度为45℃、时间为2 h的条件下,西红花精油的提取率最高。采用溶剂提取法提取西红花精油,在液料比为1∶9,浸提温度为35℃、时间为1 h的条件下,提取得到的西红花精油抗氧化性最好。结论:本研究可为西红花花瓣的开发利用和西红花精油活性研究提供科学依据。 Objective and Method Using the petals of saffron as raw materials,we studied the optimum extraction conditions of its essential oil and its antioxidant activity.Result The best extraction method of saffron essential oil was solvent extraction,using petroleum ether as extraction solvent,the extracted essential oil was yellow,transparent,without impurities,and have obvious saffron aroma.The best extraction rate of saffron essential oil was obtained when the ratio of liquid to material was 1:15,the extraction temperature was 45℃and the extraction time was 2 h.Saffron essential oil was extracted by solvent extraction method.Under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio 1∶9,extraction temperature 35℃and extraction time 3 h,the antioxidant activity of the extracted saffron essential oil was the best.Conclusion This study can provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of saffron petals and the activity of saffron essential oil.
