跨境非国家行为者网络对区域社会的整合——以中国云南与缅甸跨境民族为例

Integration of Regional Society with Cross-border Networks of Non-state Actors:In the Case of Cross-border Ethnic Groups in Yunnan,China and Myanmar

区域社会整合一直是近现代史上的一个重要话题,国家行为者则始终是推动区域社会整合的重要力量。随着社会化进程的日益推进,非国家行为者也在区域社会整合中产生一定影响。跨境民族作为重要的非国家行为者,在区域社会的整合中越来越具典范性。其内在结构和外在行动实践因素的联袂作用,则是促成这一切的关键。基于内在结构因素,跨境民族彰显了自我主体化的现实,呈现出归属性的社会身份,具备了自我呈现和行动源泉的自主能力,成为既保持内在延续性,又超越外在空间及历史边界的存在,甚至成为能够代表自身文化和身份政治的存在,进而将与自身有着文化同一性的民族整合在一起,达到整体间共时性平行关系的维护。基于行动实践因素,跨境民族呈现出获得性社会身份,达到转型主体化,并使共享同一实践的人员整合为更大规模的存在,体现出空间的局部化及社会实践关系的时空化,以嵌入社会结构的实践形式建构出真实的社会关系,最终使得社会转变成为以行动实践来重构的内容。

Regional social integration has always been an important topic in modern history,and national actors have always been an important force to promote regional social integration.With the increasing progress of socialization,non-state actors also have a certain impact on the integration of regional society.As an important non-state actor,cross-border ethnic groups are becoming more and more exemplary in the integration of regional society.The combination of its internal structure and external action practice is the key to all this.Based on the internal structural factors,cross-border ethnic groups,who present the reality of self-subjectivity,the social identity of belonging,and the independent ability of self-presentation and action source,become an existence that not only maintains the internal continuity,but also transcend the external space and historical boundary,and even form an existence that can represent their own culture and identity politics,integrating the nations with their own cultural identity to achieve the effect of maintaining the synchronic parallel relationship between the whole.Based on action practice factors,cross-border ethnic groups present acquired social identity,achieve the transformation of subjectivity,and integrate people sharing the same practice into larger-scale existence,which make the society change into the content reconstructed by action practice.
