贻贝粘蛋白治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效以及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Mussel Mucin in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探究变应性鼻炎应用贻贝粘蛋白治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法:本次研究对象全部选自本院2020年3月至2021年12月期间收治的117例变应性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机表法分成三组,实验A组(n=39)通过贻贝粘蛋白鼻腔喷雾治疗,实验B组(n=39)通过糠酸莫米松治疗,对照组(n=39)通过生理盐水喷剂治疗,对比三组不同治疗方式对患儿治疗效果、变应性鼻炎症状评分表(SRS)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)和鼻炎相关生命质量量表(RQLQ)、不良反应的影响。结果:实验A组、实验B组、对照组的治疗总有效率对比差异显著(P<0.05);实验A组、实验B组SRS评分、VAS评分和RQLQ评分低于对照组,实验A组低于实验B组(P<0.05);实验A组无明显不良反应,实验B组有2例鼻灼热感、1例鼻干,对照组无不良反应。结论:变应性鼻炎应用贻贝粘蛋白治疗,能够有效缓解患儿多种症状,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of mussel mucin in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:All the subjects of this study were selected from 117 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into three groups according to random table method.Experimental group A(n=39)was treated with mussel mucin nasal spray,and experimental group B(n=39)was treated with mometasone furoate.The control group(n=39)was treated with saline spray,and the effects of different treatment methods on the therapeutic effect,allergic rhinitis Symptom Scale(SRS),visual analog Scale(VAS)and Rhinitis Related Quality of Life Scale(RQLQ),and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group A,experimental group B and control group was significantly different(P<0.05);SRS score,VAS score and RQLQ score in experimental group A and B were lower than those in control group,and those in experimental group A were lower than those in experimental group B(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in experimental group A, 2 cases of nasal burning and 1 case of nasal dry in experimental group B, and no adverse reactions in control group. Conclusion: Mussel mucin can effectively relieve various symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children, and the treatment safety is high.
