维生素B_(12)、叶酸、血清铁蛋白联合检测对预防及治疗孕妇贫血症状的效果

Effect of Vitamin B_(12),Folic Acid and Serum Ferritin on Prevention and Treatment of Anemia in Pregnant Women

目的:探讨维生素B_(12)、叶酸、血清铁蛋白联合检测对预防及治疗孕妇贫血症状的效果。方法:纳选本院2020年1月初始,截至2021年12月产检科收诊的孕妇2526例为观察对象,依照孕妇妊娠时间不同分设不同小组,早期组(n=842例)、中期组(n=842例)、晚期组(n=842例)。另选取同时期未妊娠的成年健康女性为对照组(n=842例)。比较各组维生素B_(12)、叶酸、血清铁蛋白检测情况。结果:与对照组比较,早期组维生素B_(12)、血清铁蛋白水平更低(P<0.05),但两组叶酸含量无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,中期组与晚期组维生素B_(12)、叶酸、血清铁蛋白更低、维生素B_(12)、血清铁蛋白缺乏率更高、晚期组叶酸缺乏率更高(P<0.05)。结论:对处于不同妊娠时间的产妇行维生素B_(12)、叶酸、血清铁蛋白联合检测,可有效分析孕妇贫血状态及问题原因,早期补充缺乏营养物质,可改善妊娠结局。

Objective:To explore the effect of vitamin B_(12),folic acid and serum ferritin combined detection on the prevention and treatment of anemia symptoms in pregnant women.Methods:2526 cases of pregnant women admitted to the Department of Maternity Examination in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to the different gestation time of pregnant women,different groups were divided into the early group(n=842),the middle group(n=842)and the late group(n=842).Healthy adult women without pregnancy at the same time were selected as control group(n=842).The levels of vitamin B_(12),folic acid and serum ferritin in each group were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of vitamin B_(12) and serum ferritin in the early group were lower(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in folic acid content between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of vitamin B_(12),folic acid and serum ferritin in the middle and late groups were lower,the deficiency rate of vitamin B_(12) and serum ferritin was higher,and the deficiency rate of folic acid in the late group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of vitamin B_(12),folic acid and serum ferritin in pregnant women at different gestation times can effectively analyze the status and cause of anemia in pregnant women,and early supplementation of lack of nutrients can improve the outcome of pregnancy.
