干扰素联合氨溴索治疗RSV毛细支气管炎对患儿氧化应激及气道炎症影响

Effect of Interferon Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Oxidative Stress and Respiratory Tract Inflammation in Children with RSV Bronchiolitis

摘要 目的:分析干扰素联合盐酸氨溴索对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎患儿氧化应激及气道炎症状态影响。方法:选取我院98例RSV毛细支气管炎患儿(2021年3月—2021年11月),根据治疗方法分组,均给予基础治疗。常规组49例以盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组49例给予盐酸氨溴索+干扰素治疗。比较两组疗效、临床症状缓解时间及治疗前后血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-4(IL-4)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平变化。结果:两组总有效率比较,研究组为95.92%,高于常规组的79.59%(P<0.05);研究组肺啰音、气促、喘息、咳嗽缓解时间较常规组短(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IFN-γ、IL-10、IL-4、SOD、MDA水平均明显改善,且研究组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素配合盐酸氨溴索治疗RSV毛细支气管效果显著,能迅速缓解患儿临床症状,减轻氧化应激及气道炎症状态。 Objective:To analyze the effects of interferon combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on oxidative stress and respiratory tract inflammation in children with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)bronchiolitis.Methods:A total of 98 children with RSV bronchiolitis from March 2021 to November 2021 in our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the treatment method,and all were given basic treatment.In the conventional group,49 patients were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,and in the research group,49 patients were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride+interferon.The curative effect,clinical symptom relief time and serum levels of interferonγ(IFN-γ),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-4(IL-4),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of study group was 95.92%higher than that of conventional group 79.59%(P<0.05).The respite time of lung rales,shortness of breath,wheezing and cough in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IFN-γ,IL-10,IL-4,SOD and MDA levels were significantly improved in the two groups,and the improvement was more obvious in the research group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interferon combined with ambroxol hydrochloride has a significant effect on the treatment of RSV bronchioles,which can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms,oxidative stress and respiratory tract inflammation.
