继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者中应用超声诊断的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Ultrasound Diagnosis in Patients with Secondary Hyperparathyroidism

目的:探讨分析在继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)患者中应用超声诊断的临床价值。方法:将2018年2月至2021年2月68例SHPT患者纳入研究。68例患者均进行超声检查,根据检查结果将患者分为两组:增生组(n=57),为甲状旁腺增生患者;对照组(n=11),为非甲状旁腺增生患者。比较两组患者P、PTH、Ca、ALP血清含量,同时,比较PTH>300pg/mL的患者中甲状旁腺增生发生率与PTH<300pg/mL的患者中甲状旁腺增生发生率的差异。结果:增生组的PTH、Ca、ALP比对照组高(P<0.05)。PTH>300pg/mL患者甲状旁腺增生发生率比PTH<300pg/mL组高(P<0.05)。结论:超声检查可以观测SHPT患者病情进展,有效监测患者病变情况,为临床治疗提供有效指导,值得推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT).Methods:68 Patients with SHPT from February 2018 to February 2021 were included in the study and all ultrasound were performed.All patients underwent ultrasound examination.According to the results,the patients were divided into two groups:57 patients with parathyroid hyperplasia were included in hyperplastic group,while 11 patients with non-parathyroidism were included in control group.The difference of serum levels of P,PTH,Ca,ALP between the two groups were compared,meanwhile,the difference of incidence of parathyroid hyperplasia between patients with PTH>300 pg/mL and PTH<300pg/mL was compared.Result:The PTH、Ca、ALP in the hyperplastic group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of parathyroid hyperplasia in the PTH>300pg/mL group was higher than that in the PTH<300 group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ultrasound examination can observe the progression of SHPT patients and effectively monitor the patients'lesions,and provide effective guidance for clinical treatment,which is worthy of popularization and application.
