耳内镜下外耳道清理联合碘伏治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic External Auditory Canal Cleaning Combined with Iodophor in the Treatment of Fungal External Auditory Canal Inflammation

目的:探讨耳内镜下行外耳道清理联合碘伏治疗真菌性外耳道炎(FOE)的效果。方法:将我院耳鼻喉科2020年1月—12月门诊接诊的200例FOE患者随机分为实验组(耳内镜外耳道清理+碘伏)、对照1组(直视下外耳道清理+硼酸滴耳液)、对照2组(直视下外耳道清理+碘伏)、对照3组(内镜下外耳道清理+硼酸滴耳液),各50例;比较四组治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:实验组的总有效率(94.00%)显著高于对照1组(70.00%)、对照2组(74.00%)、对照3组的(80.00%),P<0.05;实验组患者不良反应发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照1组(20.00%)、对照2组(18.00%)、对照3组的(16.00%),P<0.05。结论:FOE应用耳内镜下行外耳道清理联合碘伏治疗疗效确切,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning combined with iodophor in the treatment of fungal external auditory canal inflammation.Methods:200 cases of fungal otitis were randomly divided into experimental group(endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning+iodophor),control group 1(direct visual external auditory canal cleaning+boric acid ear drops),control group 2(direct visual external auditory canal cleaning+iodophor)and control group 3(endoscopic external auditory canal cleaning+boric acid ear drops).The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the four groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group 1(70.00%),the control group 2(74.00%)and the control group 3(80.00%),P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 2.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group 1(20.00%),the control group 2(18.00%),and the control group 3(16.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:External auditory canal cleaning under Otoendoscope combined with Iodophor is effective and safe in the treatment of fungal external auditory canal inflammation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
