米诺地尔乳膏制备工艺的研究

Study on Preparation of the Xinshenghua Cream

目的:建立米诺地尔乳膏的制备方法。方法:以乳膏剂基质的选择和米诺地尔水相溶媒的选择考察,优选制备工艺。结果:乳膏剂制剂稳定性试验:离心试验、光照试验、高温试验、高湿试验、冻融试验考察,乳膏未见分层,含量没有明显改变,说明本制剂稳定性良好。结论:制备工艺合理、可行。

Objective:To establish the preparation method of Xinshenghua granules.Methods:Extraction of volatile oil from medicinal materials,Investigation on the amount of water added in the extraction process and the preparation process,Optimization of preparation process.Results:The extraction time and water addition of volatile oil in medicinal materials was determined,Amount of water added for drug residue extraction,Relative density of concentrate,Concentration of binder ethanol for particle preparation.Conclusion:The preparation process is reasonable,feasible.
