美托洛尔与他汀类药物联用治疗心肌梗死的疗效及对患者凝血功能的影响

Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined with Statins in the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction and Its Effect on Coagulation Function

目的:探讨美托洛尔与他汀类药物联用治疗心肌梗死的疗效及对患者凝血功能的影响。方法:将60例心肌梗死患者作为本次的观察对象,按照随机法进行分组,研究组与对照组各有30例患者。所有患者均应用常规西医治疗措施,对照组加用美托洛尔,研究组加用美托洛尔与阿托伐他汀钙。比较两组患者治疗后的效果以及治疗前后的心功能和凝血功能指标的变化。结果:研究组的临床有效率较对照组的显著提高(90.00%VS 66.67%,P<0.05)。在心功能指标方面,两组LVEF(左室射血分数)治疗后高于治疗前,LVEDD(左室舒张末期直径)、LVESD(左心室收缩末径)低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组(P<0.05)。在凝血功能指标方面,两组治疗后PT(凝血酶原时间)、APTT(活化部分凝血活酶时间)高于治疗前,FIB(纤维蛋白原)低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后组PT、APTT高于对照组,FIB低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心肌梗死患者联用美托洛尔与他汀类药物治疗可以改善心功能,取得满意治疗效果,且凝血功能也得到改善。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of metoprolol combined with statins in the treatment of myocardial infarction and its effect on coagulation function.Methods:60 patients with myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups.There were 30 patients in the study group and 30 patients in the control group.All patients were treated with conventional western medicine.The control group was added with metoprolol and the study group was added with metoprolol and atorvastatin calcium.The effects after treatment and the changes of cardiac function and coagulation function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00%VS 66.67%,P<0.05).In terms of cardiac function indexes,LVEF(Left ventricular ejection fraction)after treatment was higher than that before treatment,LVEDd(Left ventricular end diastolic diameter)and LVESD(Left ventricular end systolic diameter)were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),LVEF after treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and LVEDd and LVESD were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of coagulation function indexes,Pt(Prothrombin time)and APTT(Activated partial thromboplastin time)in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,FIB(Fibrinogen)was lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),Pt and APTT in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and FIB was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of metoprolol and statins in patients with myocardial infarction can improve cardiac function,achieve satisfactory treatment results,and improve coagulation function.
