胃疡促愈汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎HP感染患者胃蛋白酶原的影响

Effects of Weiyang Cuyu Decoction on Pepsinogen in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Patients with HP Infection

目的:观察胃疡促愈汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染患者胃蛋白酶原的影响。方法:选取2018年6月—2019年6月我院收治的108例慢性萎缩性胃炎HP感染患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=54)。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在其基础上联用胃疡促愈汤,比较两组患者胃蛋白酶原以及免疫功能指标。结果:治疗6周后,观察组PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6周后,观察组CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)均高于对照组,CD^(+)_(8)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃疡促愈汤治疗可增强慢性萎缩性胃炎HP感染患者机体免疫功能,提高胃蛋白酶原水平。

Objective:To observe the effect of Weiyang Cuyu Decoction on pepsinogen in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis infected by Helicobacter pylori(HP).Methods:A total of 108 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis HP infection who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=54)and the observation group(n=54)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Weiyang Cuyu Decoction on the basis of it,and the pepsinogen and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the levels of PGⅠand PGⅡin the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 6 weeks of treatment,the levels of CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4),CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD^(+)_(8) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weiyangcuyu decoction treatment can enhance the immune function and increase the level of pepsinogen in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis HP infection.
