安胃疡胶囊联合果胶铋对HP阴性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者预后的影响

Effect of Anweiyang Capsule Combined with Bismuth Pectin on the Prognosis of Patients with HP-Negative Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨安胃疡胶囊联合果胶铋治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阴性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取92例上饶卫生学校附属医院2019年2月—2021年2月收治的HP阴性CAG患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组口服果胶铋治疗,观察组加用安胃疡胶囊,持续用药8周。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、症状改善时间、胃黏膜病理变化及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)[(17.25±2.11)pg/mL]、C反应蛋白(CRP)[(5.23±1.02)mg/L]及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)[(18.23±2.28)ng/L]水平低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组腹胀[(6.89±1.15)天]、上腹痛[(6.74±1.21)天]及嗳气[(6.32±1.17)天]改善时间短于对照组,肠上皮化生[(0.89±0.12)分]、胃黏膜萎缩[(0.92±0.15)分]评分低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:联用安胃疡胶囊与果胶铋可增强HP阴性CAG治疗效果,降低炎症水平,阻止胃黏膜萎缩,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Anweiyang capsule combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP)-negative chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 92 HP-negative CAG patients admitted to Shangrao Health School Affiliated Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with oral bismuth pectin,and the observation group was additionally treated with Anweiyang Capsules for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,symptom improvement time,pathological changes of gastric mucosa and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).[(5.23±1.02)mg/L]and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)[(18.23±2.28)ng/L]levels were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the observation group Abdominal distension[(6.89±1.15)days],epigastric pain[(6.74±1.21)days]and belching[(6.32±1.17)days]improved shorter time than control group,intestinal metaplasia[(0.89±0.12)points],The gastric mucosal atrophy[(0.92±0.15)points]score was lower than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined use of Anweiyang capsule and bismuth pectin can enhance the therapeutic effect of HP-negative CAG,reduce the level of inflammation,and prevent gastric mucosal atrophy,which is safe and reliable.
