奥司他韦联合蒲地蓝治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效探讨

Clinical Efficacy of Oseltamivir Combined with Pudilan in the Treatment of Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:探讨奥司他韦联合蒲地蓝治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年2月—2021年2月我院诊治手足口病患儿102例进行研究,用随机数字表将患儿分为常规组(奥司他韦治疗,51例)和干预组(奥司他韦联合蒲地蓝治疗,51例),比较两组患儿症状改善时间、疗效及药物不良反应。结果:相对常规组,干预组发热、皮疹、食欲不振消退时间更短(P<0.05)。相对常规组,干预组临床疗效更显著(98.04%VS 84.31%,P<0.05)。治疗7天期间,两组患儿药物不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论:手足口病患儿给予奥司他韦、蒲地蓝联合用药,对患儿症状消失时间有明显缩短作用,疗效显著,治疗安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of oseltamivir combined with Pudilan in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2021,102 children with hand,foot and mouth disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected for research,and the children were divided into the routine group(51 cases treated with oseltamivir)and the intervention group(Oseltamivir combined with Pudilan treatment,51 cases),the symptom improvement time,curative effect and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the routine group,the intervention group had shorter time for fever,rash and loss of appetite to disappear(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the intervention group had a more significant clinical effect(98.04%VS 84.31%,P<0.05).During the 7-day treatment period,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oseltamivir and Pudilan combined medication for children with hand,foot and mouth disease can significantly shorten the disappearance time of symptoms in children,with significant curative effect and high safety.
