血液透析及腹膜透析对非糖尿病终末期肾病患者脂质代谢的影响分析

Effects of Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis on Lipid Metabolism in Non-Diabetic Patients with End-Stage Renal Disease

目的:分析血液透析及腹膜透析对非糖尿病终末期肾病患者脂质代谢的影响。方法:选取的研究对象是80例在2018年1月至2020年9月在本院治疗的非糖尿病终末期肾病患者,根据随机分组方式分成参照组与实验组,参照组纳入40例患者,实施腹膜透析治疗,实验组纳入患者40例,实施血液透析,对比两组胰岛素抵抗及脂质代谢等变化情况。结果:实验组的胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标的水平均低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组的超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标与参照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于非糖尿病终末期肾病患者采取腹膜透析有可能会导致患者的脂质代谢发生紊乱,引起机体的胰岛素抵抗加重,因此应当注意纠正这些病的脂质代谢絮乱,做好并发症预防工作。

Objective:To analyze the effects of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis on lipid metabolism in non-diabetic patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods:The selected research subjects were 80 patients with non-diabetic end-stage renal disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2020.They were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random grouping method.The reference group included 40 patients.For peritoneal dialysis treatment,40 patients in the experimental group were included in hemodialysis,and the changes in insulin resistance and lipid metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of insulin resistance index(IRI),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the group and the reference group in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:Peritoneal dialysis for non-diabetic end-stage renal disease patients may lead to disorder of lipid metabolism in patients and aggravate insulin resistance of the body.Therefore,attention should be paid to correcting the disorder of lipid metabolism in these patients and do a good job in preventing complications.
