耳穴压丸联合热敏灸对糖尿病肾病的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Ear Acupuncture Combined with Heat Sensitive Moxibustion on Diabetes Nephropathy

目的:观察耳穴压丸联合热敏灸对糖尿病肾病的护理效果分析。方法:将在丰顺县中医院(2020年6月—2021年6月时期)收治的糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropthy,DN)患者总计60例,以随机数字表法分组每组各30例患者,其中30例以常规治疗及护理为对照组,另30例则以耳穴压丸联合热敏灸治疗及特色护理为研究组。比较两组患者在治护前、后氧化应激反应指标与免疫功能指标,并比较治护效果。结果:两组患者在治护前机体化应激反应指标与免疫功能指标相比,差异(P>0.05)无意义。两组患者在治护后机体化应激反应指标较治护前明显降低,研究组与对照组相比则更低,而免疫指标水平则较治护前明显升高,研究组与对照组相比则更高,差异(P<0.05)有意义。研究组患者治护总有效率高于对照组,差异(P<0.05)有意义。结论:在糖尿病肾病的护理中,以耳穴压丸联合热敏灸的干预方式,可以明显的降低患者身体氧化应激反应指标,提升免疫指标功能。

Objective:To observe the nursing effect of ear acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on diabetes nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetes mellitus(Diabetic Nephropthy,DN)who were treated in Fengshun County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into 30 groups,30 of them were treated with routine treatment and nursing as control group,while 30 patients were treated with ear acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion and special nursing.The indexes of oxidative stress response and immune function before and after treatment and nursing were compared between the two groups,and the effects of treatment and nursing were compared.Results:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment and care,the index of organic stress response in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment and care,the level of immune index in the study group was significantly higher than that before treatment and care,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the nursing of diabetes nephropathy patients with ear acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion can obviously reduce the indexes of body oxidative stress and enhance the function of immune indexes.
