摘要
小麦赤霉病导致的真菌毒素污染是影响小麦质量安全的关键因素,如何削减呕吐毒素(DON)污染是当前的急迫需求。本研究利用等离子体处理技术可降解乙腈水溶液中的DON,并通过胶体金定量试纸条和液质联用仪进行了分析。通过高分辨质谱测定分析,推导出12种降解产物。进一步对去环氧基降解产物质谱碎片峰进行匹配并推导其裂解途径。结果表明预测的分子结构和检测的二级质谱数据之间匹配度高,明确了降解产物的结构信息。最后,通过胶体金定量试纸条对小麦粉水提取液中呕吐毒素的降解效果进行评价,发现2 min等离子气处理降解效率高达90%。本研究将为利用等离子体降解小麦及饲料发酵溶液或相关制品中的呕吐毒素提供支撑。
Mycotoxin contamination caused by wheat scab is a key factor affecting the quality and safety of wheat.In the present study,vomitoxin in 50%acetonitrile aqueous solution could be degraded by plasma treatment,determined by colloidal gold quantitative test strips and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Twelve degradation products were identified by high-resolution mass spectrometry measurements after degradation product structures analysis.The cleavage pathways were further analyzed by matching the mass fragmentation peaks of the low toxicity de-epoxy degradation products.The results indicated a good match between the predicted molecular structures and the detected secondary mass spectrometry data,which confirmed the structural information of the degradation products.Finally,the degradation effect of vomitoxin in wheat water extracts was evaluated by colloidal gold test strips,and it was found that the degradation efficiency was over 90%after treatment of 2min.The present study will support the use of plasma to degrade vomitoxin in wheat and feed fermentation solutions and related products.
