摘要 残余应力是影响材料尤其是复合结构件连接强度的主要因素。选用X射线衍射仪测试样品的残余应力具有无损、检测区域小、可测量材料中的三类残余应力等优点。采用TZM合金(钼锆钛合金)与Ti 2 AlNb合金扩散焊界面为研究对象,Ni箔作为中间层材料,利用Bruker D8 advance X射线衍射仪(XRD)采用侧倾法测试中间层厚度不同对材料接头处残余应力的影响。利用X射线衍射仪测量微区样品表面残余应力为高校利用常见X射线衍射仪测试微区试样的残余应力提供了实验指导。 Residual stress is the main factor affecting the strength of two-phase materials,especially composite structures.X-ray is one of the few non-destructive testing methods in the surface residual stress measurement technology with the advantages of non-destructive,small detection area,and can measure all three types of residual stress in materials.The residual stress at the interfaces of TZM/Ti 2 AlNb which were obtained during diffusion welding with the same technological parameters was tested by XRD(Bruker D8 advance).The experimental results show that the X-ray diffractometer can be used to measure the residual stress on the surface of the micro-zone sample.This study provides experimental instruction for the measurement to test the residual stress of the sample with the common X-ray diffractometer in university and research institute.
