Hcy及MTHFR C677T多态与牡丹江汉族高血压相关性研究

Study on relationship between HCY,MTHFR C677T polymorphism and primary hypertension in Han nationality of Mudanjiang

探讨了同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)C677T基因多态性与牡丹江地区汉族原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)的相关性。采用PCR-RLFP的方法检测牡丹江地区汉族208例MTHFR C677T基因型,同时检测血浆Hcy水平。结果显示血浆Hcy水平与原发性高血压和正常对照组差异有统计学意义(OR=1.06795%CI 1.003~1.135,P<0.05)。基因多态与汉族原发性高血压不具有相关性(P>0.05),汉族MTHFR C677T TT基因型Hcy水平高于其他两基因型人群,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明Hcy水平与原发性高血压的具有正相关性,MTHFR C677T基因多态性与原发性高血压的发生不相关,但TT基因型与Hcy水平正相关。

To investigate the association of Hcy and 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677T gene polymorphisms with essential hypertension in Mudanjiang Han population.The MTHFR C677T genotype from 208 Han patients was detected by pcr-rlfp in Mudanjiang area,and the Hcy level in plasma from the patients was detected.The Hcy level in plasma was significantly different from that of essential hypertension and normal control group(or=1.067,95%CI 1.003~1.135,P<0.05).The level of Hcy in patients with MTHFR C677T TT genotype was higher than that of patients with the other two genotypes(P<0.05).The level of Hcy is positively correlated with essential hypertension.The polymorphism of MTHFR C677T gene is not associated with the occurrence of essential hypertension,but TT genotype is positively correlated with the level of Hcy.
