聚丙烯腈溶液聚合—湿法纺丝虚拟仿真实验设计

摘要 高分子溶液聚合与湿法纺丝实验对实验条件要求较高,实验本身操作难度较大,实体生产线建设成本较高。通过虚拟仿真技术进行实验设计,可以有效克服上述问题,在时间和空间上更为灵活,满足更广大学生“学习—实验—考核”的需求;实验内容设计围绕实验教学目的,紧贴工艺流程,从溶液聚合到湿法纺丝成纤,其间结合专业知识重点难点设计了多步互动实验,进一步强调了学生主动思考,积极参与。 The experiment of polymer solution polymerization and wet spinning requires higher experimental conditions,the operation of the experiment itself is more difficult,and the construction cost of the solid production line is higher.Through the virtual simulation technology,the above problems can be effectively overcome,which is more flexible in time and space,and can meet the needs of more students“learning-experiment-assessment”;the experimental content design focuses on the purpose of experimental teaching,closely adheres to the technological process,from solution polymerization to wet spinning fiber,during which multi-step interactive experiment is designed in combination with the key and difficult points of professional knowledge,which further emphasizes students active thinking and participation.
