摘要
产教融合式实训室作为职业院校发展的核心载体,其支撑作用远未彰显。就实训室建设与社会人才需求脱节问题,以校企共建与非校企共建产教融合式实训室为例,获取2015~2019年数据建立C-D函数分析投入与产出关系,比较产教融合实训室的建设成效,呈现出产教融合式实训室的建设路径,在人才优秀率、实训室开放率方面利用优化分配院校资本、发展师资梯队、引入企业资本等形式,以期达到实训室建设最优成效,为政策制定者提供可尝试性的参考。
The production-education integrated training room is the core carrier of the development of vocational colleges,its supporting role is far from obvious.In view of the disconnection between the construction of training rooms and the demand for social talents,taking the construction of integrated training rooms with and without school and enterprise as an example,the data of 2015-2019 are obtained and the C-D function is established to analyze the relationship between input and output,to compare the construction effect of the production education integrated training room,and present the construction path of the production-teaching integration training room,in order to achieve the best results in the construction of the training room,we should optimize the allocation of university capital,develop the echelon of teachers and introduce enterprise capital in terms of the outstanding rate of talents,the opening rate of the training room,for policy makers to provide a tentative reference.
