摘要
用于粘结剂、密封剂和涂料的硅烷封端聚合物,它们比聚氨酯、硅酮和溶剂型产品毒性低;硅烷改性聚醚(MS聚合物)是世界范围内使用的众多密封剂、粘结剂和涂料的基础,混合有机聚氨酯比例和无机烷氧基硅烷比例的混合体系结合了传统聚氨酯和硅基产品的优点。综述了MS聚合物的化学性质及其在以硅基封端预聚物为基础的粘结剂、密封剂和涂料中的优缺点,重点对硅烷改性聚醚密封胶在装配式建筑中的应用进行了介绍。为了提供具有弹性粘接或密封的装配式建筑密封胶,特别需要柔性和弹性密封化合物。
Silane terminated polymers used for adhesives,sealants and coatings are less toxic than polyurethane,silicone and solvent-based products.Silane Modified polyether(MS polymer)is the basis of many sealants,adhesives and coatings used all over the world.The hybrid system of mixing organic polyurethane ratio and inorganic alkoxysilane ratio combines the advantages of traditional polyurethane and silicon-based products.This paper summarizes the chemical properties of MS polymer and its advantages and disadvantages in adhesives,sealants and coatings based on silicon-based terminated prepolymers,focusing on the introduction of application of silane modified polyether sealant in prefabricated buildings.Flexible and elastic sealing compounds are particularly needed in order to provide fabricated building sealants with elastic bonding or sealing.
