摘要
老旧小区内修补胶污染特征与降雨有密切关系,雨水的冲刷会增大修补胶的污染程度,在对老旧小区场地改造时,从LID(Low Impact Development,LID)理念出发,根据修补胶的污染特征,采用透水铺设设计改造老旧小区内路面,控制雨水冲刷,增加场地内绿化植物种类,设计雨水设施调蓄容积,形成拟自然循环状态,减少维护成本,根据小区空间分布特征,改造不同的场地服务设施,为老旧小区居民提供的服务。结果表明:提出的基于LID和修补胶污染特征的老旧小区场地改造方法节能效果好、面源污染控制效果好,整体经济效益更高。
The pollution characteristics of repair glue in the old community are closely related to rainfall,since the scouring of rainwater will increase the pollution degree of repair glue.During the site reconstruction of the old community,starting from the LID(Low Impact Development,LID)concept and according to the pollution characteristics of repair glue,permeable pavement design is adopted to reconstruct the pavement in the old community,control rainwater scouring,increase the types of greening plants in the site,design the regulation and storage capacity of rainwater facilities,form a quasi-natural circulation state,reduce maintenance costs,and transform different site service facilities according to the spatial distribution characteristics of the community to provide services for the residents of the old community.The experimental results show that the old community site reconstruction method based on LID and repair glue pollution characteristics has good energy-saving effect,good non-point source pollution control effect and higher overall economic benefit.
