摘要
城市主干排水暗涵整治已成为城市水环境综合治理中的难点问题。以武汉市黄孝河机场河流域综合治理一期工程为例,以实现低影响高效清淤为目标,针对交通疏解紧张、施工通道有限、封堵导流难度大、作业环境恶劣等难点,比选施工通道开设方法、导流方式、封堵方式、清淤方式等关键施工技术,形成了“预制装配法开设施工通道+分仓导流+快拆封堵+组合式清淤”成套施工技术体系,满足了城市高密度建成区大流量多孔主干排水暗涵低影响高效清淤的需求,并详细剖析了预制装配法开设施工通道、分仓导流、快拆封堵及清淤等重点工序施工要点。工程实践表明,该技术体系具有施工影响小、清淤效率高、施工安全性好等优点,具有较大推广应用价值。
Renovation of urban main drainage culverts has become difficult problems of water environment comprehensive management.Taking Phase 1 of comprehensive treatment project of Huangxiaohe and Airport River basin in Wuhan as an example,target of low-impact and efficient dredging is expected.In view of the difficulties of tight traffic organization,limited construction channels,difficult blockage and diversion and hard operating environments,the key construction technologies such as the construction channels opening,diversion,blocking and dredging are compared to develop a complete construction technology system of"prefabricated opening channels for assembly+silo diversion+quick dismantling and blocking+combined dredging".The system meets the needs of low impact and efficient dredging of large flow porous main drainage culvert in urban high-density built-up areas.And the key process construction points such as assembly prefabricated opening channels,silo diversion,quick dismantling and blocking,and dredging are analyzed in detail.Engineering practice shows that the advantages of low construction impact,efficient dredging and good construction safety of the system have great popularization and application value.
