摘要
将健康教育纳入学校课程是提高儿童健康素养的最有效手段,对儿童生存质量的提高具有重要作用。芬兰素以高质量的教育闻名于世,芬兰儿童也享有更好的健康。通过对现实需求的动态分析,完善的立法和政策支持,芬兰确立了健康教育作为国家中小学核心课程之一的重要地位。该课程特征表现为横向贯通能力的培养、跨学科课程整合、表现性评价和系统性支持。这也为我国建立和完善学校健康教育学科建制、构建健康教育课程框架和课程体系、加强健康教育资源供给等方面提供了借鉴。
Incorporating health education into school curriculums is the most effective means to improve children's health literacy,which plays an important role in improving children's quality of life.Finland is famous for its high-quality education,and Finnish children enjoy better health.Through the dynamic analysis of needs in real life,completed legislation and policy support,Finland has established the important position of health education as one of the national core curriculums.The characteristics of this curriculum are the cultivation of traversal competences,interdisciplinary integration,performance assessment and systematic support.It provides an enlightenment for China to establish and improve the discipline system of school health education,construct the curriculum framework and system of health education and strengthen the supply of educational resources.
