短期服用紫雪防治小儿反复热性惊厥复发的临床观察

Clinical observation on prevention of recurrent febrile seizure in children by short-term administration of ZiXue

目的:观察服用紫雪防治小儿反复热性惊厥(FS)复发的临床疗效。方法:对在2016年1月-2019年12月于我院儿科接受紫雪或左乙拉西坦(LEV)治疗的32例患儿的病例资料进行总结分析,观察临床控制情况和体温变化。结果:紫雪治疗组有效率为70.59%,LEV治疗组有效率为73.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);发热情况相比较前者明显优于后者(P<0.05);性价比明显优于后者两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:本研究发现短期服用紫雪防治小儿反复FS复发安全有效,且具有解热、抗炎效果,性价比较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of taking Zixue to prevent and treat the recurrence of recurrent febrile seizures(FS)in children.Methods:The subjects were accepted in the pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 The case data of 32 children treated with Zixue or levetiracetam(LEV)were summarized and analyzed,and the clinical control and temperature changes were observed.Results:The effective rate of Zixue treatment group was 70.59%,and the effective rate of LEV treatment group was 73.33%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The price ratio is significantly better than the latter.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:This study found that short-term use of Zixue is safe and effective in preventing and treating repeated FS recurrence in children,and has antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties.Inflammatory effect,high cost performance.
