平衡火罐联合气交灸改善心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效

Evaluation of the eflicacy of balanced cupping combined with Qijiao Moxibustion in treating insomnia patients with heart-kidney incompatibility

目的:观察平衡火罐联合气交灸治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效。方法:收集心肾不交型失眠患者70例,随机分为试验组和对照组对照组在一般治疗的基础上运用平衡火罐,试验组在一般治疗的基础上采用平衡火罐联合气交灸治疗,4周后,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分以及睡眠质量分级。结果:相比对照组,试验组的临床总效有率显著提高(P<0.05);两组治疗后的PSQI评分均降低(P<0.05),睡眠质量分级也得到显著改善(P<0.05),试验组的改善情况相比对照组显著更优(P<0.05)。结论:平衡火罐联合气交灸治疗心肾不交型失眠疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of balanced cupping combined with Qijiao moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia of lhe heart-kidney disjoint type.Methods:Collected 70patients with insomnia of the heart-kidney incompatibility type and randomly divid-ed them into trials group and control group.The control group was trealed with balanced cupping on the basis of general treatment,and the trials group was treated with balanced cupping combined with Qijiao moxibustion on the basis of general treatment.The clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and sleep quality classification before and alter treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical efficacy rate of the experimental group significantly improved(P<0.05);the PSQI scores of the two groups after treatment were decreased(P<0.05),and the sleep quality classification was also significantly imp roved(P<0.05).The control group was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Balanced cupping combined with Qijiao moxi-bustion has a significant effect on the insomnia of the heart-kidney non-coinniunicalion type,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
