温针灸联合复方血栓通片治疗脑卒中后轻度认知功能损害的效果及机制分析

Effect and mechanism analysis of Warm acupuncture combined with Compound Xuetong Tablets in treating mild cognitive impairment after stroke

目的:探讨温针灸联合复方血栓通片治疗脑卒中后轻度认知功能损害的效果及机制。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年10月我院收治的脑卒中后轻度认知功能损害患者60例,均分为两组。进行脑卒中常规对症治疗,对照组在常规对症治疗的基础上给予复方血栓通片,观察组在对照组的基础上给予温针灸治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、认知功能评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组总有效率为66.67%(20/30),观察组为90.00%(27/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组MMSE和MoCA评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸联合复方血栓通片可显著改善脑卒中后轻度认知功能损害患者的认知功能,临床效果显著,且临床应用的安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of warm acupuncture combined with Fufang Xueshuantong tablet in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:Select from October 2017 to October 2019 a total of 60 patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups.Routine symptomatic treatment for cerebral apoplexy was given,and the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment on the basis of Compound Xueshuantong tablets were given,and the observation group was given warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,cognitive function score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 66.67%(20/30)in the control group and 90.00%(27/30)in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).MoCA scores were all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with compound formula Xueshuantong Tablets can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke,with significant clinical effects and high safety in clinical application.
