搭肩环抱提拉法配合中药封包治疗上胸椎小关节紊乱症40例临床观察

Clinical observation of 40 cases of upper thoracic facet joint disorder treated with shoulder-encircling lifting method combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging

目的:评价搭肩环抱提拉法联合中药封包治疗上胸椎小关节紊乱症的疗效。方法:选取我院骨科门诊80例上胸椎小关节紊乱症患者按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用中医传统手法进行治疗,观察组采用搭肩环抱提拉法联合中药封包进行治疗,两组均是首诊时进行一次治疗,1周后进行第二次治疗。结果:对照组第一次复位后的VAS评分为3.15±1.31,第二次复位后的VAS评分为1.65±1.43;观察组第一次复位后的VAS评分为2.21±1.01,第二次复位后的VAS评分为0.94±1.15,两组第二次复位后VAS评分对比有显著差异(P<0.05)对照组治疗后总有效率90.0%,观察组总有效率97.5%。结论:搭肩环抱提拉法联合中药封包治疗上胸椎小关节紊乱症,在二次复位后治疗效果显著,优于传统手法复位,临床值得推广。

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of shoulder embracing lifting method combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging in the treatment of upper thoracic facet joint disorders. Methods: Select 80 cases of upper thoracic facet joints in our hospital’s orthopaedic clinic Disorder patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. Treatment, both groups were given one treatment at the first visit, and the second treatment 1 week later. Results: The VAS score of the control group after the first reduction was 3.15 to 1.31, and the second reduction the VAS score after repositioning was1.65 to 1.43;the VAS score of the observation group after the first reduction was 2.21 to 1.01, and the VAS score after the second reduction was 0.94 to 1.15. There was a significant difference in the VAS scores after placement(P<0.05). The total effective rate after treatment in the control group was 90.0%, and the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.5%. Conclusion: Wrap around the shoulders and lift the method combined with traditional Chinese medicine the treatment of upper thoracic facet joint disorders by encapsulation has a significant therapeutic effect after the second reduction, which is superior to the traditional manual reduction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
