摘要 我国农作物收获的机械化程度在不断普及和提高,但在收获过程中无法通过实时测产获取农作物产量分布差异的信息已成为亟待解决的问题之一。针对当前问题,设计了薯类轻简化收获机精细化测产装置。装置选用STM32F7作为控制核心,以薯类轻简化收获机为平台,由称重模块、RS232电路、RS485电路等部分组成。主控模块通过RS485端口获取称重模块采集到的质量数据,并通过RS485端口将数据发送至DGUS工业显示屏中,同时RS232端口接收来自GPS接收机的位置信息,经解包后由坐标转换、亩产计量算法,实现对薯类平均亩产的实时测量和监测。测试结果表明:薯类精细化测产装置可胜任大面积的作业测量任务,能够实现薯类产量分布信息的精确测量。 The mechanization of crop harvesting is becoming more and more popular in China.However,it has become one of the problems to be solved that the information of crop yield distribution difference cannot be obtained by real-time yield measurement.In view of the current problems,a refined yield measurement device for light and simplified potato harvester was designed.The device uses STM32F7 as the control core and the potato light simplified harvester as the platform.It is composed of weighing module,RS232 circuit,RS485 circuit and so on.The main control module obtains the weight data collected by weighing module through RS485 port,and sends the data to DGUS industrial display screen through RS485 port.At the same time,RS232 port receives the position information from GPS receiver.After unpacking,it realizes the real-time measurement and monitoring of potato average yield per mu by coordinate conversion and yield per mu calculation algorithm.The results showed that the precision potato yield measurement device can be competent for large-scale operation measurement tasks,and can achieve accurate measurement of potato yield distribution information.
