计算机视觉修正下的农机导航与电液控制设计

摘要 从现阶段我国农机导航的应用和实际作用来看,导航系统对农业机械作业过程的优化还处于初级阶段,农业机械与导航系统在功能上的融合并不充分,导致导航系统对于农业机械化生产作业的作用仅限于提供作业方案和监测行驶状态等方面。为此,从农业机械的自动导航驾驶技术出发,强调了视觉技术在农机导航中发挥的作用,并结合近年来农机视觉导航技术的研究成果,分析了提高视觉导航精准度的可行方案。为更好地通过计算机视觉导航优化农机自动行驶品质,重点分析并设计了视觉系统控制农机行驶的相关流程,开展了视觉技术与卫星系统配套导航功能设计,并针对视觉导航下的电液控制技术与功能进行了设计与优化。 From the application and practical role of agricultural machinery navigation in China,the optimization of agricultural machinery operation process by navigation system is still in the primary stage,and the integration of agricultural machinery and navigation system in function is not sufficient,which leads to the navigation system's role in agricultural mechanization production is limited to providing operation scheme and monitoring driving status.Starting from the automatic navigation driving technology of agricultural machinery,the role of visual technology in agricultural machinery navigation was emphasized.Combined with the research results of agricultural machinery visual navigation technology in recent years,the feasible scheme to improve the accuracy of visual navigation was analyzed.In order to better optimize the quality of agricultural machinery automatic driving through computer vision navigation,the related process of visual system control of agricultural machinery driving is analyzed and designed,the matching navigation function design of visual technology and satellite system is carried out,and the electro-hydraulic control technology and function under visual navigation are designed and optimized.
